All doors are accessed with a key fob, especially coded to each resident.
 
Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is the site for entertainment and professional shows, meetings and events, parties and dinners, with state-of-the-art sound system; large stage with dressing rooms for performers; comfortable chairs and dance floor.

Clubhouse Lobby
The Clubhouse Lobby with comfortable seating to meet and greet neighbors or just sit and chat; flat screen TV to display all the activities and events; announcement boards for a myriad of functions and meetings; concierge desk behind which sits caring and attentive personnel.

Fitness Room
The Center is open to residents and guests during regular clubhouse operating hours. The Center offers a wide variety of the latest and best aerobics fitness equipment. There are also free weights available.
 
Exercise Room
A variety of classes utilize the exercise room, from yoga, to aerobics, to dancing.
 
Therapy Room
The therapy room is for physical therapy treatments as well as wonderful massages.
 
Locker Rooms
The ladies' and men's locker rooms include showers, saunas, and lockers for your personal items.
 
Heated Indoor Pool
Our heated indoor pool is open year-round for your enjoyment on inclement days or for laps.

Outdoor Pool & Spa
Our beautiful, spacious, and heated outdoor pool serves Bellaggio residents and guests throughout the year. There are plentiful areas for sunning yourself, sitting under a shaded canopy, relaxing with friends, playing cards and having a light lunch cafe-side. And let's not forget our water aerobics classes, or relax in our soothing and delightful outdoor spa.
 
 
Bistro Bellaggio

Bistro Bellaggio, maintained and catered by Flakowitz of Boynton Beach, is one of our most popular facilities. With indoor and screened outdoor dining, it enhances the lives of our residents year round. The dining area extends to poolside.

Bellaggio's well-kept tennis courts, with awnings, tables & chairs, water cooler and fans are enjoyed by our active residents. Our pro shop fills every tennis need while our tennis pro gives instruction and coordinates time on the courts. 10 courts with har-tru surface...lights for night play, a ball machine is available for individual use...pros are available for lessons - individual, group and clinics for all levels.
The Pickleball Courts
4 Courts – Open every day 9am to 7pm*

Bellaggio’s 4 new pickleball courts complete with large canopy area with seating, water fountain, and fans, is provided for the enjoyment of our active residents play. All levels of play are encouraged to enjoy Bellaggio’s newest facility. We are one of the only HOA communities having a dedicated Pickleball Pro. Our Pro provides pointers for general play, helps setting up league teams* and is available for private, semi-private lessons and group clinics*
 
*Once Covid-19 restrictions are removed, these hours will be in effect as well as clinics and league play.
 
Parks & Preserves
All our residential clusters have lovely parks for you to sit in and rest along your walk or just watch the wildlife in the adjoining preserve.
 
Parking & Walkways
Residents and guests never have a problem locating a parking spot in our oversized parking areas, with ample parking for special needs. You can drive right up to the pool gate for easy access. All the walkways leading to our facilities are beautifully landscaped and give one a sense of serenity.
 
Bocce & Shuffleboard Courts
Our residents enjoy the challenge of the game on our professional bocce & shuffleboard courts, which have benches and awnings for your comfort.
